By Ben Needles How do you know if youre pregnant? Am I pregnant? is a very common questions. The signs and symptoms of pregnancy are easy to recognized especially if its not your first pregnancy. The signs and symptoms for all pregnancy are the same although they have different intensity. There are a few pregnancy symptoms that less frequently happen so you may not experience them. Mood Swings Its caused by increased hormone level and may cause you to cry for any unclear reasons. This is normal. Faint or Dizziness Faint or dizziness can be triggered by low blood sugar. Its caused by the circulatory system as dilation of the blood vessels occur. Constipation Your body digests food slower than usual during pregnancy due to increased progesterone production. Slower digestion sometimes causes constipation during pregnancy. Increased Basal Body Temperature Your basal body temperature is your temperature immediately upon waking up in the morning. Basal body temperature usually increases during ovulation and decreases when menstruation occurs. However when pregnancy happens, increased basal body temperature lasts longer. Abdominal Bloating You may experience feelings of abdominal enlargement or bloating, but there is usually only a small amount of weight gain in the first trimester or pregnancy, typically about one pound each month. Changes In Nipple Color You may notice a darkening of the color of the area surrounding your nipples or a dark line going down from the middle of your central abdomen area to your pubic area. Darkening of The Skins Its reported that a few women may develop a darkening of the skin on the forehead, bridge of the nose, upper lip, or cheekbones. The darkened skin is typically present on both sides of the face and usually happen in the first trimester.
